Three Building Insulation Job

Problem-

Dr Energy Saver responded to homeowner’s concerns about poor heating and cooling insulation in their ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), metal shop, and home. They also expressed concern about possible rodent activity in the crawlspace and insulation of the home. 

What We Found- 

Our Sales Representative, John, found evidence of rodent activity in the insulation, along with inadequate insulation within the ADU, especially the sections of flooring under the building. 

Our Solution-

Dr Energy Saver to the rescue! To resolve concerns of heating and cooling escaping, our team recommended spray foam application onto the affected areas (which also keeps the rodents out!) and provides a thermal and pressure boundary. 

Results & Satisfaction- 

The metal shop is now completely insulated and the owner is thrilled with the results. He can now heat and cool the space year round at a low cost. The flooring to the home and ADU is now permanently insulated, resulting in the air quality in the home being cleaner and the floors warmer, along with all rodent-infested material being eliminated.
