Join our sales team! You can be based around I-5 from Eugene/Springfield to the Salem metro area. Help us grow our vision of building a world of healthy, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes, lasting for generations.

Your Perks

• You have 5+ years of proven sales success or a combo of sales, construction, and/or energy management experience.

Your Duties

• Meet with homeowners to build rapport and learn about their concerns.
• Conduct home inspections
• Create proposals and close sales.
• Flexible work schedule with required office meeting only once a week
• Weekly sales trainings

A criminal background check, a valid driver’s license, and a pre-employment drug screen are required before hiring.
