Some traditions start with a grand plan.
Others begin with a simple idea.

Back in the summer of 2015, Josh Lowe invited the team to an Eugene Emeralds baseball game. It was a chance to step away from work for an evening, grab a hot dog, cheer on the home team, and spend time together outside the office.
Then he did it again the next year.
And the next.
This summer marked our 12th annual company picnic at PK Park.
Over the years, our company has grown. We’ve expanded our services, welcomed new team members, opened new locations, and weathered more than a few challenges along the way. Through all of that, one thing has stayed the same: every summer, we make time to celebrate the people who make this company what it is.
Because that’s what this tradition has always been about.
Whether someone spends their day crawling through crawlspaces, installing gutters, replacing roofs, helping homeowners, or supporting the team behind the scenes, every role matters. Every person contributes to the success of our company.
As Josh often says:
“Nothing happens without the team.”
That belief has shaped our culture from the very beginning.
The annual Emeralds picnic isn’t about baseball. It’s about slowing down for an evening, catching up with coworkers, introducing families, sharing a meal, and creating memories together. It’s a reminder that while we work hard for our customers every day, we also make time to appreciate one another.
Looking around the ballpark this year, it was impossible not to notice how much has changed since that first game in 2015. New faces have joined us. Friendships have formed. Careers have grown. Yet the reason we gather each summer has never changed.
We’re incredibly grateful for every member of our team and for the dedication they bring to our customers and to each other.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for another unforgettable night at PK Park.
Here’s to twelve summers, countless memories, and many more baseball games together.
